Rum & Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 ripe Mangoes (cubed)
- 1 small Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 1/3 c Red Onion (chopped)
- 1 Jalapeño (seeded and minced)
- 1 tbsp Cilantro (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Aged Rum (Be sure to use an aged rum that you enjoy the taste of – spiced rum not recommended)
- 1/2 Lime (juiced)
Instructions
- Add mangoes and rum to a medium bowl. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Stir in the peppers, onion, cilantro and jalapeño and mix well.
- Sprinkle with the lime juice and mix.
- Serve with tortilla chips or with chicken or fish.
