Thanksgiving Pie Recipes with Rum

What Thanksgiving pie do you prefer? Pumpkin or Apple? Well, whichever you prefer, here are two rum inspired pie recipes that may just make you want both. Just skip the mashed potatoes and go for it!

Apple vs. Pumpkin has been a debate in our house around Thanksgiving for a long time, but let me tell you, there wasn’t a crumb of pie left in either plate after we got done with these two. Let us know which one is your favorite!

BOOzy Pumpkin Shake

We saw this recipe on a recent episode of The Chew and knew we had to give it a try. Let’s just say – IT’S DELICIOUS! A light pumpkin taste combined with the spiced rum and pumpkin pie spice…

"BOO"zy Pumpkin Shake

A light pumpkin taste combined with the spiced rum and pumpkin pie spice… An excellent “treat” for the adults this Halloween!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except the dark rum floater to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into individual cups, sprinkle with a little pumpkin pie spice and add a dark rum floater, if desired.
